Ultracam “Star*” Single Arm is a new product in the Brevetti Caminiti catalogue, available from September 2019, in addition to the historical machines for enlarge shoes and classic boots.
It is a last generation machine for ski boots stretching and sport boots stretching in general, in order to be able to customize a standard boots to the needs of each client.
Compared to the previous “cold” machine these innovative machines for ski boots stretching allow the processing of all kind of material, from plastic to leather. By heating the shapes inside the hull you obtain a permanent modification without any damage on the outside.
The structure of the machines used to stretch ski boots includes the following innovations:
- electronic thermostat for the adjusting of the temperature,
- temperature detection probe,
- fast compressed air cooling process by means of air release directly inside the molds.
Furthermore Ultracam Star has adjustable arms with a 180 rotation: single arm in this version, double arm in the other Star*.
Finally, an optional front caliber allows to measure the thrust process of the machine.
